Ahead of local elections scheduled for November 28, Algeria’s Movement of Society for Peace (MSP) has presented its Injaz programme for territorial governance reform.
Party president Abdelali Hassani Cherif called for greater decentralisation, administrative modernisation, citizen participation and reduced regional disparities.
The party aims to turn municipalities and provinces into active drivers of economic and social development.
